Woody has 15 years of experience working in the recruitment and RecTech world. Initially working for the world’s largest recruitment organisation, Randstad, Woody worked with over 500 companies to recruit and build early careers programmes for everyone from HPE to Ebury. His background in high-volume recruiting led him to partner with Euan to start Willo. Woody, a proud dyslexic, is driven by the mission to remove the traditional barriers of a CV/resume and give candidates a voice in the application process.
