Bio

Tara O’Brien is a recruitment strategist, consultant, and leader; experienced in talent sourcing, engagement, leadership development and the development of high-performance teams. She has managed internal recruitment and onboarding teams for organisations with in excess of 20,000 employees, both in private and public sectors.

In the past 10+ years Tara has specialised in the Hospital and Healthcare / Life Science / MedTech sectors, most recently for one of the UK’s largest teaching hospital NHS Trusts.

Tara has an MA in Business Management from Henley Business School and is a member of the CIPD, she lives in a village in Oxfordshire with her partner, son and three dogs, Hardy, Rosie & Lola.
