When I left a previous role, my manager inscribed a message on my leaving gift that really struck a chord. It read: ‘Stay true to your mission and keep striving for growth and excellence, personally and professionally.’ Although I’m sure he was unaware of the impact it would have at the time of writing; his message has been my guide ever since.

Over the last decade, I have worked across diverse sectors such as banking, defense, recruitment, technology and retail developing my skills and helping organisations grow using my expertise in people operations, systems and process.

Something I value greatly is stewardship. More specifically, leaving things better than when I found them. Throughout my career to date, in every place I’ve worked, every team I’ve led and every individual I’ve managed, I’ve always strived to make that my lasting impression.

Outside of work, you can find me tending to my 2 sons and running after the ladies in my life; my beautiful daughter and wife.
