Accessibility

Transport

Train

The nearest station is Moor Street Station – nine minute walk from Digbeth. Birmingham New Street – 13 minute walk.

Coach

The Birmingham Coach Station is only 5 minutes away.  Please click here for the journey planner to plan your trip.

Parking

If driving, multiple car parks are available and can be found here. For cyclists, bike parking can be found in the centre of Custard Factory.

Tram

The West Midlands Metro Birmingham Eastside tram extension will link the new Curzon Street HS2 station to the city centre – with a stop on Digbeth High Street, just a few steps from Custard Factory.

COVID-19 Advice

The Custard Factory is currently operating in line with government guidance, which has recently changed.

From July 19th:  The relaxation of measures in England will be mean that the way we meet is changing. It will no longer be mandatory to wear a mask or face covering in all settings. This means that you can use your discretion when in quiet areas of the building, but we ask that you carry a mask with you at all times and be courteous to those around you by wearing a mask in areas that may become busy.

The guidelines in relation to events is being updated and we will continue to ensure that the measures in place at the venue for events are in line with that of the organisers risk assessment and best practice, ensuring the safety of those attending.

The Custard Factory regards the health and safety of clients, staff and partners of paramount importance. As we begin to welcome you back to The Custard Factory, we would like to advise you of the measures that are now in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all those onsite.
