Michelle’s journey to becoming a Human Behaviour Expert was anything but linear. From her days as a veteran to her ventures as an entrepreneur and eventually a CEO, she encountered diverse experiences that shaped her understanding of human behaviour and collaboration. However, it was a pivotal moment as a survivor of the boxing day tsunami that truly illuminated the lessons she needed to learn.

Through her trials and triumphs, Michelle developed a suite of analysis tools aimed at empowering leaders to tap into the potential of their people. It was through analysing patterns in the results of these tools that Michelle began to recognize the importance of neurodiversity. This realization led her to create Illuminator, a tool designed to indicate neurodiversity within organisations.

Michelle is a Fellow and National President Elect of the Professional Speaking Association and Ambassador and board director of several charitable organisations.
