John is a Lead Consultant in HR Resourcing Change and Improvement Team at DEFRA and was previously Recruitment Lead of the centralised recruitment team. A chartered MCIPD, John has a strong human resources background and is qualified with Prince2 and Agile Project Management, Scrum & DSDM and ITIL Service Manager. John, a HM Forces veteran, has plenty of experience to share with the recruitment and TA community.
