Niki leads the Talent Acquisition and Staff Recruitment teams for Derbyshire Constabulary, Leicestershire Police and East Midlands Special Operations.  She is a busy mum of 4 who works flexibly and she has a passion for onboarding great talent and engaging new audiences around careers in Policing.  Niki had a long career in Retail before moving into Policing and sets the bar high on strategies around candidate engagement, candidate experience, and onboarding success.
