Louise leads the Resourcing team at Wesleyan a Financial Services company based in Birmingham and has worked there for 15 years. Previous to Wesleyan Louise has worked for a small Search and Selection agency but her main experience was at Serco within the inhouse recruitment team.

In the 22 years of working in recruitment, Louise has dealt with various big projects including implementing a new recruitment system, developing an early careers programme and creating/designing a new careers site.
