Bio

Bhavna launched her L&D career with one of the Big 4s. She has expertise in designing onboarding experiences and developing and running large-scale blended learning programmes. She is currently leading Onboarding and Academy (core L&D) for Scotland and Yorkshire at AND, mainly focused on ensuring ANDis receive the best development Day 0 on. Additionally, Bhavna has a degree in human-animal interaction, and is passionate about animal welfare.
