Exclusive Insights: Diversity in Early Careers Talent

Diversity and inclusion has been a key focus for many UK businesses, not least after the movements throughout 2020. However employers are still facing challenges around which initiatives to implement and how to effectively make hiring processes more inclusive.

A 2019 Milkround study found 4 in 5 graduates believe that employers favour those who attend Russell Group universities and following the results, they have now delved deeper to understand how employers define top graduate talent and the actions that are being taken to make recruitment processes more inclusive for all.
