At our Diversity & Inclusion Virtual Conference, Sami presented how we can consciously recruit with diversity and how to take advantage of our employee networks. Sami is a recruitment professional, with over 19 years of experience. He is globally responsible for helping to drive change in behaviours and culture around inclusion and diversity (I&D) at Wood. Partnering with business leaders, global P&O teams and employee networks, his role is designing, aligning, and embedding I&D programmes, ensuring strategic goals are successfully implemented, measured and met.
