Bio

Lucy Hegarty is the Global Head of Early Talent Recruitment at GSK, leading recruitment of apprentices, interns, graduates and specialist programmes including MBAs and PhDs across the organisation. Prior to her three years at GSK, Lucy has worked in Early Talent recruitment and development roles at Virgin Media/Liberty Global and Vodafone.

In addition to her Early Talent role, Lucy is the Global Recruitment Account Manager for Global Functions at GSK, collaborating with senior HR leaders to ensure recruitment is delivering against Technology, Finance, HR and other support functions’ strategic priorities.

Throughout her career, Inclusion and Diversity has been a priority focus, ensuring all recruitment processes and experiences are equitable and inclusive so that Early Talent programmes can offer a route into exciting careers for all young people and help the business create a diverse leadership pipeline for the future.

In her spare time, Lucy volunteers as a Board Member for the Institute of Student Employers, and a Trustee for Pioneer Educational Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust based in Slough.
