Clare is Head of Partnerships at Causeway Education; a charity that exists to ensure a young persons progress is not determined by privilege. Clare and the Causeway team are passionate about supporting those facing barriers to higher education and early careers opportunities to actualise their ambitions. She leads on Causeway’s partnerships strategy – collaborating with like-minded private, public and 3rd sector organisations to produce high quality, inclusive early talent and apprenticeship outreach programmes. These programmes connect with and unlock the immense potential of less-privileged students, diversifying the workforce of tomorrow.
