In an age of instant gratification, AI can now help us find our dream job within seconds. During our breakfast event held in partnership with Broadbean, we explored the exciting promise of chatbots and smart job alerts to enhance the candidate experience. Able to hold serious conversations with candidates, such smart technology can provide them with any information regarding current vacancies by company or location, their application process and employer branding. They can even process CVs, removing the time and energy constraints of filling out application forms.

But while the potential of smart technology cannot go unnoticed, business buy-in challenges were also addressed on the day, as our speakers highlighted the importance of implementation at low scale first, for maximum impact in the long run.
