Tinashe Verhaeghe is a Race and Ethnicity Consultant with Diversity Trust and is about to start a new exciting role as Senior Advisor- Equality Charters at Advance HE with a focus on the Race Equality Charter Mark. Her most recent role was as Business Manager to the Provost at the University of Exeter.

Tinashe is the founder of the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Staff, Students and Allies Network at the University of Exeter as well as the first intersectional Network- Network ExE. She was also the Co-lead on a funded project to develop a Decolonising the Curriculum teaching toolkit in addition to having varied experience in roles across the University.

Tinashe lives in Exeter with her husband and 2 children. Her passions are to equip individuals and organisations to create inclusive environments in which people from all backgrounds can thrive.
