Peter joined Armstrong Craven in August 2019. He has a background in HR consulting and recruitment and has worked for listed and private equity backed recruitment companies in leadership roles.
As Joint Managing Director Peter takes a lead on the commercial activities of Armstrong Craven, managing our experienced team of Client Partners and helping to further develop the exceptional client relationships that the company enjoys.
Through over 20 years in recruitment and several years in HR consultancy Peter has gained significant experience of successfully managing the performance of commercial teams and re-shaping organisations, as well as leading and developing people.
