Bio

Following 3 years at Victim Support, Kim has spent the last 7 years working in Careers Development roles, 5 of which have been with Kier. In 2021, Kim began her role as Making Ground Lead within Kier, developing a programme initiative focussed on making a difference to serving prisoners and prison leavers. She actively promotes the programme working proactively to generate awareness, both across Kier and externally.
