Bio

I have over 20 years’ experience spanning across the full future talent life cycle. I am currently working at Direct Line Group as Emerging Careers Lead. Developing a strategy to future proof our workforce through growing our own talent and developing the skills required to drive our business forward.

Prior to joining DLG in Aug 21, I ran my own Future Talent Consultancy where I helped several clients to recruit more inclusively, became a Kickstart Scheme Specialist and helped a client set up their first apprenticeship programme.

I am proud to have also led the early careers team in-house at Capgemini to deliver innovative and award winning future talent programmes. I have led RPO teams at Alexander Mann Solutions designing and delivering graduate recruitment for multiple clients and also led the university campus team at IBM.

I have extensive experience in creating immersive, engaging, efficient recruitment processes that reduce costs and which delight candidates and stakeholders. I am now excited to be now able to use this experience gained across a variety of companies and sectors to help businesses achieve their future talent ambitions.

I am passionate about diversity and recognise the tremendous business value that diverse workforces bring.

I am a youth mentor for Career Ready, a Careers and Enterprise Adviser at Bohunt Scool, Chartered member of the CIPD and member of the Institute of Student Employers Apprenticeship Steering Group.
