After starting his career as a management consultant with a lens on strategic HR, Jon decided to use that knowledge to make a difference in a more non-traditional way. He fell in love with the concept of potential, both identifying it and enabling people to achieve it, which drew him to the edtech sector. Now, as the Scholarships Lead at Blackbullion, Jon brings together

(1) the UK’s top businesses, and

(2) talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds, to enable both parties to succeed!

Working with Blackbullion, Jon launched the UK’s first-ever National Scholarships Week in April 2023, and has published pieces / delivered talks on topics such as Social Mobility and Diversity Equity & Inclusion. Jon holds a MSc International Management for King’s Business School in London, UK, and a BBA from the George Washington School of Business in Washington, DC.
