Jayson Darby is the Director of Science at Thomas International and leads our Science department, which is formed by our Psychology, Data Science and Content Experience teams. Together, the Science team apply their technical expertise to enhance the product experience of Thomas International’s software.

Jayson is an Organisational Psychologist by training, with a deep interest in applied psychology across the talent management life-cycle – there’s always a way for psychological science to help people make better, fairer decisions!
