Fay has a proven track record of scaling businesses. Starting her recruitment career at a fast-growing award winning tech company in Manchester, she helped scale the team from 100 to over 600 people within 3 years, eventually moving to London to establish their first satellite office.

In 2019, Fay joined Capital on Tap as their first recruitment hire. She has played an instrumental part in growing the business from just 70 people to almost 500 today. As Head of Talent, she has also played a key role in opening 5 other office locations across the world – including Capital on Tap’s first customer service centre and the first US office.

Fay loves hiring for technical roles and has a passion for attracting and retaining exceptional diverse talent who fully embody CoT’s values.
