Bio

I am a Talent Acquisition leader with several decades experience in the industry. My career started out in the Agency world, before gaining experience in both the RPO & In-House world.

I spent 9 years at Sage, the UK’s largest tech company. I led our technical hiring teams in both the UK and across the world before taking a role in our Recruitment Marketing team. I loved helping Sage hire technologists – whether that was graduate developers, testers, development managers, product managers, UX-ers, Vice-Presidents or AI/ML engineers.

I was responsible for all of the global recruitment marketing activities. I helped to build our first EVP (Employee Value Proposition) as well as refreshing our careers site, built and managed multiple campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed and more. I worked with leadership teams around the world to help increase the visibility of the brand and attract more candidates.

Throughout my career I have always worked hard to build credibility with hiring and leadership teams based around integrity, honesty and hard work. Hiring techies is difficult, but by working hard, working together and leaving no stone unturned we’ve achieved some great things.
