Beckie Taylor, co-founder of Tech Returners and a devoted mum to Ethan and Emmie. With over 18 years of HR and people development experience, Beckie is an executive coach with a focus on talent management, team effectiveness, continuous performance development, building a diverse workforce, and flexible working. She has acted as a global HR leader, spearheading business growth for international tech companies.

Beckie also served as a coach at Tech Returners, supporting individuals through their career journey and providing coaching for the Confident Digital Leadership and The Confidence Collective programmes. Additionally, she is the Co-Founder of WIT North and the founder of one of Manchester’s largest Women in Tech conferences, Reframe. Beckie’s contributions have earned her recognition as one of Makers: Women in Software 2023 (and 2022) and won Outstanding Achievement at TalkTalk: North West Women in Tech Awards 2022.
