HR executive with over 20 years’ international experience in technology and services, Virginia has played a key role in transforming businesses in EMEA and Latin America, including some of the most complex software and hardware businesses acquired by Oracle over a decade of acquisitions (PeopleSoft, Siebel, BEA, Hyperion, Sun Microsystems, Right Now and Taleo).

As well as driving organisational success across TA for Baker Hughes, Amazon, AWS and more recently Zalando as an executive TA Leader.
