Paul works as an associate consultant – helping organisations with all aspects of recruitment communications including employer branding, implementing candidate management systems (Applicant Tracking Systems), defining & embedding values and behaviours, selecting & developing assessment tools, internal communications, onboarding, social media strategies for individuals and organisations, online attraction, and ensuring organisations have a cohesive strategy to solve their recruitment and existing colleague challenges. His experience is across all sectors from not for profit, local authorities, to education, charities and the commercial sector.
