I’m currently the Talent Acquisition Manager for Persimmon Homes. I’m setting up the talent acquisition function for the Persimmon Homes group and this is the second TA setup I’ve taken on in my career. I’m creating everything from the EVP, employer branding, careers page, ATS implementation, Training, Creating of a TA Team, New recruitment process, advertising strategy and everything in-between.
I’ve got 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working across multiple sectors and take great pride in being able to deliver creative solutions to help businesses recruit the very best talent.
One element I really enjoy most about TA is the challenge of how to bring new talent pools to a business using employer branding and creative advertising solutions. Thinking outside the box is my go to saying and something I try to do in all projects I take on. With this I’ve been shortlisted multiple times for advertising campaigns I’ve created, haven’t won yet but I will (Watch this space)!
