Bio

Parul is currently working as a Recruitment Marketing Partner and Neurodiversity Advocate at xDesign, where she focuses on employer branding, candidate attraction, and community engagement. She is also an ex-tech recruiter.

Parul is highly active in the tech and TA community; she is on the Organising Board for Manchester Tech Festival,  is a Community Manager at The Talent Community and is the founder of TechRise MCR; a community designed to educate techies on non-technical topics to elevate their careers. She is an experienced public speaker and podcast guest for various topics like career development, recruiting, neurodiversity and self-advocacy.
