Bio

I have over 18 years experience in professional sales delivering solutions across the HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Technology and SAAS verticals.

In past roles as a Business Development Manager and Key Account Manager I have built and maintained a range of high profile accounts and sales revenue successfully growing my client acquisition. I have experience of planning, implementing and managing complex sales strategies and solutions on an International scale.

I am currently responsible for building and developing partnerships with global businesses and our Talent Analytics platform Horsefly. Horsefly is a HR Tech SaaS platform providing real time market intelligence to support businesses across HR/Talent Acquisition and recruitment.

I have worked for a number of businesses at infancy/start up phase planning and building growth strategies, developing new business revenue and client acquisition along with building and managing a sales function.
