Bio

With over 25 years’ of talent marketing, employee communications and employer brand experience, I offer a consultative approach to my work. Having worked both marketing agency and client side, within complex, global, corporate and start-up environments, I have a relationship and results focused approach to my work and an extensive knowledge of developing and communicating employer brands through digital, social and traditional channels. Operating at VP/Director level, collaboration, leadership, stakeholder engagement, influencing and strong communication skills are my key strengths.

I enjoy working in an environment where I can influence the creative product whilst ensuring that the business needs are met. Much of my work both agency and client side has contributed to highly sought after industry awards for effectiveness and creativity.
