After 10 years working within recruitment and software sales, Matt managed to combine both worlds when joining Tribepad 5 years ago. He’s passionate about helping recruiters hire better, fairer, and faster and empowering them to do what they do best. Tribepad is used by more than 25 million people across the globe in 16 languages.
