During my Resourcing career I have been involved with and responsible for devising and implementing Recruitment Strategies for a variety of organisations from corporate clients to public sector. I have enhanced Employer Brands and Candidate experience to deliver a talent focused recruitment approach along with reducing costs and time to hire. Devising attraction and engagement strategies and processes to ensure we recruit and retain the best talent available.
