Bio

John set up his first agency in 1989 and before founding DNA, had also been the COO and CEO of TMP Worldwide, Monster.com and Barkers. A thought leader of all things EVP and Employer Brand, John loves to get under the skin of organisations, to truly understand their business and people plans and deliver bespoke strategies to ensure success. The talent world is a dynamic one and John and the wider DNA team ensure that clients are able understand the change and can maximise their opportunities as a result.

Outside of work, John loves spending time with his family, keeping fit (ish) and eating/drinking an equal amount of the right and wrong things.
