Bio

Erin holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Liverpool where her research interests surrounded personality as well as implicit biases in the workplace. At PCL, Erin is the lead consultant on Profile:Match2, and focuses her time supporting clients with talent acquisition and development projects.
