My background is in marketing and early careers recruitment, with significant expertise in employer brand development, recruitment marketing campaigns and creating robust and innovative assessment and selection processes. I am passionate about recruiting talent and have been really successful in developing and implementing strategies that have diversity and inclusion at their core. In my role at Police Now I have led activity which has seen the brand enter and climb The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers, whilst delivering record gender and ethnic diversity of graduates joining policing through our programmes.

Police Now’s mission is to transform communities, reduce crime and anti-social behaviour, and increase the public’s confidence in the police service by recruiting, developing and inspiring outstanding and diverse individuals to be leaders in society and on the policing frontline.
