Daria helps companies grow internationally and scale rapidly by creating environments where people thrive. As a recruitment and people expert, she works with CEOs and senior leaders to move from having a good inclusive culture to an exceptional one with high-performing teams. She’s also a DE&I champion who continuously works to evolves working practice and to facilitate cross-team, cross-culture respect, understanding and ways of working. Currently, she works within Foolproof, a global product and service design company, running the talent team as well as owning our strategic people goal.

With over a decade in the talent industry, Daria brings her experience of sitting on both sides of the table, having been a recruiter as well as heading up business functions, and even as a candidate herself. Having seen first-hand how candidate and employee experiences can make or break a business, she takes a human-first approach to people.

Daria is known for her agile and collaborative approach to solving all sorts of talent challenges in a variety of industry sectors including digital technology, finance, pharma, energy, telecoms, FMCG and consultancy.
