Bio

Having started my career as an agency recruiter, I moved In-House over ten years ago initially starting in recruitment and then over time broadening out to include Engagement, Emerging Talent, Communications, Inclusion and Diversity. I joined YBS in 2019 to lead the Resourcing Team, managing all of the organisations internal, permanent and contingent recruitment. As a team we drive the candidate and hiring manager experience, always looking for ways to improve and innovate, ensuring YBS attracts and retains the best and most diverse talent. Working closely with our Talent and Inclusion Leads, the team are able to take a holistic approach to the attraction, development and retention for talent at YBS.
