Amy has over 16 years of experience recruiting for the public sector. Her role is to motivate, reward and recognise her teams to ensure they can deliver effective recruitment solutions for our clients.

Throughout her career, Amy has won awards, managed profitable recruitment teams, as well as managed our MSP clients. She is experienced in delivering recruitment and promotion processes at all levels and persistent in my pursuit of the delivery of organisational objectives through developing recruitment and attraction strategies within complex organisations.

She is passionate about empowering young women to gain the confidence to seize opportunities, and so has become a mentor at The Girls’ Network.
