My role is to champion Diversity and Inclusion across (VCNI) and ensure our employees can bring their whole selves to work through Employee Resource Groups, and implementing great initiatives to encourage an open and inclusive working environment.

I set the Diversity strategy for the UK Cluster and advise Senior Management on all things D & I to make sure we are leading the way within the Broadcast Industry.

Having completed my MSc in Organisational Behaviour, I have a strong understanding of the challenges that face organisations and the importance of Inclusion as a driver of change as well as having an impact on the wider company strategy.
