With over 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives the global recruitment function at Amdaris, a Microsoft Gold Partner that delivers outstanding software solutions to clients across various industries and sectors. I hold an active UK Security Clearance and have worked in different settings, including recruitment agencies, outsourced solutions, and internal recruitment teams.

My core competencies include recruitment strategy, business partnering, team management, workforce planning, recruitment marketing, HR strategy, HR generalist, talent strategy and diversity and inclusion. I have successfully managed a team of 25+ recruitment professionals across 5 countries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with the organisational goals and vision. I have also lead and contributed to the transformation and improvement of the resourcing and recruitment processes, policies, and systems, using data-driven and innovative approaches.
