Tom is the Head of TA and D&I at Hg. He has over 17 years’ experience in recruiting and has spent the majority of his career working across financial and professional services. Having previously worked in Insurance, before joining EY, later moving into management consultancy to head up the recruitment function at Baringa, and most recently moving into Private Equity to lead the recruiting and D&I efforts for Hg. Throughout his career, he has taken the lead in building world-class functions that prioritise providing a positive candidate experience – having previously won Best Recruitment Team and Best Candidate Experience at the IHR awards in recent years. He is dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive workplaces that attract and retain top talent.
