After over a decade at Amazon, Susan is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager within the EMEA Hire Ahead Recruiting Team. Susan started her Amazon career in New York for the launch of Amazon Fashion; from there she moved to Seattle to support the Consumer business, ultimately ending up running the North America Retail MBA program before moving to London in 2019 to oversee Non-Tech Graduate hiring across EMEA. Susan has a passion for developing high performing teams while driving engagement and job satisfaction. Susan is known for being the first to dress up on Halloween and the best prankster on April Fools Day.
