As a Recruitment Insights and AI Lead at HM Revenue & Customs, I provide data-driven insights on the labour market to inform talent acquisition strategies. I also lead an innovative team, exploring how we can leverage GenAI within the whole of the talent acquisition process and upskilling the wider team in their use of GenAI.

I have a strong background in HR management, coaching, and training, with a Postgraduate Certificate in HR Management and a Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring. I am currently pursuing a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management at MOL Learn, to further develop my skills and knowledge in this field. I am passionate about developing people and enhancing their performance, as evidenced by my previous roles as an Operational Trainer at the UK Home Office, a Training Manager in the Army Reserve, and a College Lecturer. I have delivered operational training to new Border Force officers, planned and executed training activities for the military, and taught sport and public services to students. I have also gained valuable experience in outdoor pursuits and personal training, which have enhanced my problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
