Bio

Sian has 20 years of experience working across a broad range of sectors including recruitment outsourcing, not for profit and has latterly focused on internal recruitment in the private sector, spending 8 years of her career at Dyson. Starting as a Recruiter, Sian quickly progressed to leading recruitment teams across their Global Head Office, GB and Northern Europe markets. In the last few years, her work has led her to specialise in the full candidate to colleague experience from Onboarding through to Talent Management and D&I. Sian joined Watson-Marlow in June 2021, to design and lead their global Recruitment strategy.
