Ros is Head of Resourcing at mydentist, leading a large in house resourcing function who source clinicians and the full range of support roles for over 550 dental practices across the UK.

Based in Manchester she joined mydentist in 2014 as Senior HR Business Partner and assumed her current role in Jan 2022.

She is passionate about supporting mydentist to increase access to dentistry through recruiting dentists and other clinicians in what is arguably one of the most scarce and challenging recruitment markets. Sourcing from the UK including new graduates as well as overseas channels from EEA and the rest of the world.

Ros is also responsible for the onboarding journey of all clinicians from offer accepted to starting in practice, maintaining engagement over what can be a lengthy process can only be achieved through delivering a tailored high quality service facilitated through a dedicated onboarding team.
