Over 20 years experience working in Recruitment & HR for organisations in the Marketing, Recruitment, Retail and Health and Wellbeing sectors.
Experienced at supporting effective HR and Recruitment services, leading on change management, process optimisation, and partnering with leadership & stakeholders across HR and Operations functions to seek and understand the needs of the business and it’s people strategy and ensuring that systems and day to day processes are fit for purpose to enable teams to deliver an effective and efficient service.
Partnering with 3rd party providers and suppliers to ensure that complex changes are scoped and delivered within agreed time frames, and delivering less complex changes directly myself.
Strong data analysis skills and able to present complex and technical data in a way that is easy to understand for non-technical colleagues and team members. Able to handle ambiguity and seek to understand requirements whilst translating and building on information obtained through exploration of requirements.
