Penny is the Talent Acquisition Director working for the past 5 years with Gleeds, Global Property and Construction Consultancy. Previous to this, Penny has worked in numerous sectors to include retail, outsourced providers and financial services, as well as having experience working within recruitment agencies. A fixer at heart, Penny has many years’ experience delivering global projects to include system implementation, process efficiencies, agency spend reduction, building teams to deliver strategic growth ambitions via volume and niche hiring methodologies.
