Chartered occupational psychologist with a breadth of experience in developing and implementing assessment, selection and development solutions. I provide consultancy support to both test publishers and to businesses looking to introduce products and solutions to enhance their selection and development capability.

My experience has given me the opportunity to work in, and with, a wide variety of organisations ensuring that the solutions they deploy are the best fit for them. This may mean advising a client to use an off the shelf product and supporting them in its usage through to developing a one-off bespoke assessment/development initiative.

My pragmatic yet professional approach has ensured that the solutions I provide are effective, efficient and timely. I have successfully managed a large number of multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish and have often worked closely with IT, marketing and HR teams to ensure a joined up approach.

From initial job analysis through competency development and product/assessment design and validation, I ensure my clients receive a solution that is a true reflection of their wider needs, not simply a short-term fix to an immediate problem.

More recently I have trained as an integrative psychotherapist. I run a small private practice in Derbyshire.
