My experience spans the end-to-end resourcing cycle – from employer branding to assessment/selection and candidate management, and from internal comms to talent management and career transition. Working with clients across a variety of sectors, I’ve led multi-disciplined teams to deliver great resourcing outcomes.

I have a particular focus on diversity and inclusion and believe that it’s a commercial and moral imperative to ensure the way organisations attract, recruit and manage talent is fair for all. My work with a number of public and private sector clients in this space has seen real progress made.

Joining Meet&Engage allows me to join a business which gives employers the opportunity to re-imagine the engagement, recruitment and talent management journey. We use technology to re-humanise the relationships between the organisation and candidate/employee.
