Bio

Nick has been working in tech recruitment since 2014. Having spent over 5 years working agency side as a 360 consultant, he then moved to AND Digital in 2019 where he currently sits as Recruitment Lead.

He built up his team of seven recruiters to deliver tech talent at scale, having hired over 300 ANDis in London alone with 0% agency usage. He’s also built teams in AND within Edinburgh, Reading and Bristol.

Professionally, his biggest passion is building and developing high performing and diverse teams.
