Currently the Senior Workforce Staffing Manager of operational fulfillment at HelloFresh working across the UK and other global territories including Netherlands, Germany, USA, Canada, Australia and Denmark. Previously, a talent management consultant focused on operational and people change projects for a variety of organisation’s within the real estate and FMCG sectors.

An accomplished people leader with experience in various HR roles, with a passion for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity and learning and development and employer branding. Including further experience in EVP, Budget Management, CSR, organisational change, global alignment and reward strategy. Across my career, I have been strategic in embracing digital innovation and automation to transform organisations HR / People functions.
